Standing

Standing can be just as much a pain as walking, if not more, yet it's such a natural thing we should be able to do so easily and without effort. After all, children do it, and we were just as good when we were young too. Again it comes down to balance. We need to be upright and free and loose in the joints and definitely not leaning.
I'm going to write a number of entries to my blog site all about this as it's so important. I need reminding myself, so it's good for me to refresh. Let's see if we can be more aware of our posture when standing and see if we can do so with ease. After all, it's child's play.
For starters, let's ensure we are not leaning either forwards or to one side. Let's have our weight going down evenly through both legs and feet. Free the ankles so there is the ability to sway and not be 'stuck' in one place.
........more to come.
