« Thanksgiving Day | Main | Satisfaction guaranteed »
Yesterday was Thanksgiving Day and I hope you had a wonderful time if you were celebrating. But as I said, we can give thanks any day.....and every day if we choose. I like to remember each day to be grateful for what I've got and for the good things in life. Doing so, helps to raise our sense of well-being, happiness and contentment. It promotes health. The energy you create also attracts more towards you. Then we're on a roll. It's good to be grateful.
It's easy to move on and say, "Been there, done that". But hang on. As yesterday was Thanksgiving day, we can now make today Gratitude Day......and every day next week and the week after. Yep, I intend to remember to be grateful for all that's normally taken for granted every day. I'm glad for much of what I've got. Thanks. :-)
Have a great day.

I visited this blog at Garnet's suggestion, since I've had Alexander lessons recently. Sure enough, there's much inspirational wisdom here. Just this week I decided that I could improve my life radically by meditating and taking on an attitude of constant appreciation, so this post about gratitude is right in line with that. Thank you.

HI Betty,
Thanks for looking in. Yes, it's so good to acknowledge what we do have that can be taken for granted! David Garnet's site is truly inspiring and he's offered me some great advice. http://www.glitteringstew.com/muse/ for those of you who haven't visited.
