'Orchestra Seats' brings a smile
In the beguiling film Orchestra Seats (Fauteuils d'Orchestre) where everyone eventually gets what they want and end up happy, Jessica (Cecile de France) says to a young man who is chatting her up when his phone rings and he blurts "Shit, who the Hell is that?", her response is characteristic of her warm, open smile and fresh approach to life..... "The world is made up of two types of people. Those who say when the phone rings "Shit, who the Hell is that?" and those who say "Hey, I wonder who that is?" She's not naive, but just nice to people....and positive. [Interview with director]
Today is going to be a day when I welcome intrusion, when I welcome the unexpected, say "Hi" to inconveniences and opt to be grateful for the opportunities that come my way. You just never know what's around the corner and what blessings our problems may bring....
