"You get what you think." How many times have you heard me talk about this? It's the Law of Attraction. However, without wishing to bore you and be repetitive, a little thing happened today that just shows that you can certainly expect the unexpected in life.
I received a letter from a Debit Card company with whom I have a new card and they were notifying me of my PIN number. It was in the form of a peal-back section to reveal a secret number. Well, you know what it's like, when you get a new number, you're immediately thinking and hoping it will be one that's easy to remember, so avoiding the need to change it. At least I do.
So I opened this letter and peeled back the tab to reveal the number and had to read it several times to believe what I was seeing. They had sent me a number that I already use in in around 8 different ways already, on padlocks, alarm systems and relatively unimportant security codes etc. It's a memorable date, a very special one,... and no, it's not my own birthday! How could they possibly have known to give me this number? The PIN is a four digits so there are 9,999 permutations if we don't include 0000. It was no doubt chosen randomly by computer, but they certainly sent me a memorable number. I got what I thought about... a number that is easy to remember. But now I feel that it's such an obvious number as it's one I use in all sorts of ways, I am almost obliged to change it! Better safe than sorry. And now I get the second thing I thought about.....'change it.' The Universe doesn't pick up on "Don't want to...." or "Do want to do...." or "Get out of a situation" or "Get into a situation". If you're thinking 'Change number' that's what you get. And that's what I'll end up doing.
So on this note about my little experience that's of no significance yet profoundly thought provoking, I shall bid you Good Day, and hope you think the right things....the things you want as opposed to the things you don't want, as sure enough they will be barrelling down on you like a ten ton Truck. Choose your thoughts wisely.
Have a good weekend.
:-)
